"This is a real gem for customer service, the front of house team are all super welcoming and helpful. There is a free laundry room and they give free snacks and noodle pots after 9pm in the bar area. Our room was a really good size and bed comfy. We were at the front of the hotel which was a little noisy but i had ear plugs so wasn’t a big problem. Reception also give free ear plugs if needed. Few mins walk to lots of food & drink options & metro lines.You get a lot for your money here, greeat stay."
