"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"Our reservation could not be found by the hotel but they did their best to find us a room. The replacement room was old and it smelt of smoke on the way. You could tell it wasn’t a usual reservation room because it was out of the way, a little mouldy and the shower didn’t work. The hotel is well placed near the subway (main city circle train) and busses."
