The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. Overall, it's really good for the price

I stayed here with my son for 9 nights. This hotel is very glamorous. We stayed in a twin elite room which included breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food and set us up well for the day. Staff were really friendly and helpful - ordering taxis when required, advising on restaurants, etc. The hotel is central for tourist attractions and shopping. We loved our stay here and hope to come back. Thank you ☺️

What a beautiful hotel well central located.. amazing service the supervisor was extraordinary with a warm welcoming… she provided all the information we need and also sent us a fruits basket to our room.. very spacious and with the windows to the Main Street… very confortable and huge room ..
