Stayed here for six nights. Although I asked for payable extra bed on first night, I was issued a room without extra bed. As it was past 1am, I requested for upgrade the next morning. Amazing stay, cleanliness and service wonderful. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with the booking of tickets to tourist attraction, changing of dates and refunding us. We indicated that it was for a birthday celebration and when we arrived to the room it was nicely decorated. We checked in and went out, by the time we came back they surprised us with a birthday cake in the room. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel room is huge and clean. Staff are friendly, especially Mr Neo, who offered to help us to purchase the forbidden city entrance ticket online, and etc. The hotel is just located besides a huge shopping mall 'Joy City', with lots of international brand and local brand shops and resturants. There are also afew 'older' shopping mall along the streets. A local food eating house is situated just across the hotel, and also afew local food stall at the older shopping mall nearby, so gettting economical meals is convenient.

Location was good. The room was very warm as the thermostat could not be changed, this made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night. We stayed 3 nights so it was quite tough. We had a faulty shower which we requested to be fixed and this wasn’t done. All else was good.
