As someone who speaks broken mandarin, they assisted me in planning my next day’s itinerary and when my apps for ordering food did not work, they used their own to assist me. The facility is nice up until the washroom. The sewage design was not thought out properly. The toilet and shower shares the same pipes so when you used the toilet, the odor comes out of the shower drain. "The service was five star. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free. They also give you a welcome tea as well there are so many sites you can visit walking distance. Also, the metro is nearby with lots of restaurants all walking distance."

"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

"It is a cheap Chinese Accomodation. People smoking everywhere, so get ready for it. Staff is lovely, place is hidden, air conditioning was super noise. Would I return? Sure, it is good for Chinese standards, staff is very helpful and place is very safe."
