"I’ve stayed here before when visiting a family member. Great central location and lovely clean comfortable room. Will say that the public toilets on the ground floor weren’t so clean. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, preferring to try the local restaurants of which there are lots within easy walking distance. New St station a 5 minute walk and shopping and Christmas markets a 10 minute walk away. I would stay here again. The staff on reception are always polite and very helpful. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special. "
