"We first looked at the Motel across the street. It was terrible! Lake Roy was a nice clean facility the staff was very friendly, the only thing was we had to stay in a upstairs room and im handicap. They do not offer an elevator! Over all it was good ! "

"The house is old but was clean. Has that.old house smelll. Location is great. Weather was horrible. We were in and out a lot for the games location was close to everything. House was equipped with basics in the the kitchen and overall. Need a can opener. Could not figure the one there. Long term rental may want to bring paper products etc. The house didnt really have drapes in front room to pull closed. The furniture is minimal and slight. Not really comfortable. Beds were good.
