People should be aware before booking their stay at this hotel that this hotel is housing homeless people. I took notice to them the 2nd day I was there and the 5th day I was there I came back to the hotel to find 4 cops cars in the parking lot. I approached the front desk and asked the women working behind the desk if they were housing homeless people there and she confirmed they were. I did not feel safe at this hotel at all and I will never return to this hotel.

Compared to other hotels, I’ve stayed at in this area. This may be the largest, but it is not the best by a longshot. The rooms were so unbelievably small compared to other rooms stayed at local hotels. They were definitely not worth the money. They also have fees when you check in that I wasn’t aware of $50 deposit and a $35 service free ground fee that I didn’t quite understand seeing how I already paid in full when I purchased my room for my room I thought that included all the amenities here at this location. Turns out they do not the one of the main reasons why we chose this location is because they had a waterpark in the middle of the ground. That was not included in our price to stay there , I was told that was an extra $25 ahead on top of what I already paid which I find absurd. I don’t believe I will ever come back to this location because it just doesn’t seem like a very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. In my opinion, a lot of pictures and angle pictures making the place look bigger and nicer than it really is a bit deceiving. My wife and I and our two small children wanted to come and stay a nice place for a reasonable price and turns out we were extremely disappointed and just about every facet of this hotel stay based on the bang that you get for the dollar you have to pay I would say we paid way more than what we got. I think I would’ve been better off staying at a Holiday Inn or a comfort suites which next time we will be staying there instead of her

Complimentary breakfast was great, walkable to many places to eat, old town and fun spot is across the lane which is great because parking there is horrible, pool and hot tub is open 24 hrs, staff were very friendly, very close to Disney , free shuttle to parks.. I would definitely stay again

This is the nicest Comfort Inn I've stayed in. It is conveniently located near all sorts of services and activities, yet it's a little off the main road, so that it has a quiet vibe (even though it's also across the street from a roller coaster park). I enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to go back.
