"Beautiful historic property with a wonderful staff. Amazing amenities like wine and cheese happy hour and a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. They always have tea and coffee and yogurt out and waters. The cat is an amazing addition and such a wonderful extra that makes you feel like you are at home. I will say we were unfortunate to have people staying above us who decided they wanted to party until late at night and that hotel is definitely not designed for loud party animals as it was...

"Beautiful property, friendly staff, easy to find, close to downtown Winston, but feels far. Our only thing is... the room amenities were lacking. No fridge. No way to make acup of tea. Small bathroom. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location, reasonable overnight parking fee ($30/day). Staff was very friendly , easy check-in /out process. Complimentary water for the room. Fantastic salmon bagel breakfast. Good breakfast menu. "

"Please note anyone checking in must put down a $100.00 security deposit for regular room and $150.00 for suite at time of check in. Total surprise this was not mentioned any where prior to checking in. Our king size room was as pictured. Front desk personnel were friendly. Breakfast was typical. "
