"we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat."

"The property was in walking distance to the mall. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was kind of on the hard side, but overall i was pleased with the stay."
