"I love the Cardinal and try to stay there whenever I’m in the area. This time, I found that the pillows were ROCK hard and so thick it was impossible to sleep. Our necks were very sore for the 4 days we were there. Still hurting! Mattresses were lumpy and room service mixed up our order 3 out of 4 times. The croissants were very stale, too. Housekeeping left the accumulating dirty glasses all over the room the entire time."

"The hotel was beautiful. I had called ahead and specifically asked if they had pet free rooms and was told it was the upper 2 floors. They put me in a room at the end of a hall on the 3rd floor. I could smell pets on the way to my room, but,the room was good."
