"We didn't fancy driving home after a long day travelling so we booked this place for the night, arrived around midnight after our flight from Egypt. Super easy to find, 5 minutes drive from the airport. Room was ready for us with the key on the side, room was cosy and had everything we would need. Decor was great. "It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"A warm welcome. The rooms (2) we visited were spacious and the beds were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. The hotel is close to the river which, at the time had a fast current. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and wholesome."

"Lovely to see a proper village pub so busy on a couple of weekday nights in Mid-January. And quite rightly so - friendly staff, friendly locals and friendly guests. Breakfasts were great, dinners delicious and very reasonably priced (wife said the Rib-eye steak was the best 'pub steak' shed ever had and my chicken goujons were fantastic. "
