"What an amazing spot! Another gem that is better than the photos! It is amazingly cared for and well thought out. Definitely stealing decor ideas! The hosts were uber responsive and answered my one off questions. Location wise it is very close to amazing food and drinks on the danforth. The Wren, and theOnly cafe are great if you love craft beer. Subway is close by, as is a small park if you have kids. If i am travelling as a group, I will definitely recommend this spot. "

"This property (Executive Villa) should not be listed on Expedia. It is not fit to be rented. We arrived at the property to find a filthy house in serious dis-repair. The entire kitchen was filthy, not recent mess but years of baked on grease and dirt. Left over food and wrappers months old left in cupboards. Baseboards throughout the house had years of built up dirt. Ceilings had holes and water stains. Windows dirty and broken, such that bedroom windows could not close. This is not a case of...

"Property was clean and in great condition. There were some hiccups with electrical breakers being tripped, certain power sources not being plugged in, and WiFi, but those were quickly resolved through the host. Overall, happy with the experience and would stay there again. "

"I had a fantastic stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the best parts is that it's just a 4-minute walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the water, nearby beach, and beautiful parks. The location was perfect for relaxing outdoors. On top of that, the host/agent was extremely helpful and friendly, always quick to respond, helpful making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!"
