"Ideally located only 10 minutes from my son’s wedding venue in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities (read, walking distance to Starbucks!). Clean and comfortable with a kind and responsive host."

"Thank you so much for hosting us ! You were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding, making us feel right at home. The space was cozy and beautifully decorated - I adored the aesthetics! But what truly made our stay special was the warmth and thoughtfulness you brought to every detail. I left feeling refreshed and inspired. Grateful for your hospitality!"

"My sister and I were here for 3 nights as a great location for visiting family in the Barrie area. The house was perfectly equipped and in a lovely setting next to the park. We were blessed with beautiful fall weather and enjoyed the array of colorful fall trees around the property. Overall a perfect setting."

"We had a 3 week booking and had a very comfortable stay. The location is very good. Close to Hwy 407, Longo's and other markets. Very quiet street located amongst larger expensive homes. You have the main upper floor with the owner - Mahrad ( Maddie ) who lives on the lower floor. He's very handy if you have any questions and helpful. I will return again in the future."

"We were really looking forward to enjoying what looked like a really magical place to stay, and probably at one point was! What we found was a really run down and neglected property being rented out while owners attempt to sell. The biggest issue overall was certainly cleanliness. Many portions of the property haven’t been maintained or cared for in years. There was no hot tub as listed. The BBQ wouldn’t light (not due to propane). The stove hadn’t been cleaned in many uses and was quite...
