"This is my go-to place to stay while in London. While this place may be the oldest motel in the area, it is the lowest priced. My first review said that this was not one of Ramada's best, but they have improved quite a lot since then. They have been undergoing a refresh of the place with new hallway carpeting, improved WiFi coverage, refurbished bathrooms,etc. My only complaint this time was that the HVAC unit continued to run even when the thermostat was turned off. "Staff at check-in was courteous. The room was clean and basic. We asked for a higher floor and were assured we were on the 4th floor. Turns out that the 4th floor in the wing we were in is actually the ground floor. We set the temperature at 19 when we went to bed. We woke up around midnight and the temperature was 25. When I called the front desk they told me there was nothing they can do about it unless they get a few calls then they would call maintenance. "

"Hotel is always good for yearly bookings as required for our customers. Know what to expect. There is always a lot of construction by the city around this area but out of control of the Hotel. Consistent quality of facilities and service."

"We were in town for a funeral and hotel was a great respite. It was clean and even though they were renovating, very conscientious of guest comfort. The only glitch is they lock the front doors before 10pm which was a challenge for a late check in at an unfamiliar hotel. "

"Place is clean , it has everything we need to stay . The back yard is big enough to play a few games and enjoy the fire pit at night time . We had a cat coming over to visit so adorable. The only thing my family wasn't happy about is taking all the garbage with us . We payed big fee for cleaning we had to drive to the beach with garage in the trunk."
