"Goal was to spend Christmas day with family plus one extended family member from overseas out of the cramped condo and this cottage fit the bill perfectly. To better the chances of a white Christmas we chose a location close to Barrie but not too far north where we might get snowed in. The cottage is not lake-side or in a touristy area but we enjoyed using the BBQ grill and playing in the snow in the backyard. "I booked this property for the week leading upto my wedding for myself and my groomsmen to hang out and unwind before the big day. This property was absolutely perfect, hard to say anything bad at all. A deceptively huge property has so much to offer, there is something for everyone, regardless of age. "It is a decent property with spacious living room and dining area. The property is neat and clean. The only limitation this has is that there is just one washroom on the upper floor, so amongst 3 bedrooms you get only 1 washroom. The most inconvenient part for us when we visited was that the powder washroom was unusable as the lights were not working and since it had no window, it was totally dark. "
