"The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good."

"The hotel was fantastic. The staff was so kind and always willing to help or offer assistance. We use the valet parking 1 day and would recommend that if you're renting a car. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Every day our room was cleaned, bed made, etc. I used the gym two days and it was spotless! Overall, a great stay!"

"I love this hotel. Convenient for my purposes and the rooms are great size, well-appointed, well maintained and extremely comfortable. That said, I would be remiss if I did not mention Troy, the Concierge. He is extraordinary. He manages to remember all guests names, what they need, prefer, or have requested and is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I cannot say too many good things about Troy. He is truly a treasure and provides the type of service rarely seen in hotels these days."
