"First class customer service. I stayed here for 5 nights recently having expected to only be at the hotel for two. My partner had an operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital and ended up staying in longer than we thought. The hotel could not have been more accommodating or kind. I ended up checking out on 3 occasions only to have to check back in again because my partner wasn't coming home. The hotel took great care of me; gave me my old room back where they could: and a few little extras...
