"Information book in room would help. Wonderfull staff always a smile. The grand atlantic does need a refurb, but the market it is aiming at would not pay the extra it would cost. It is wonderfull building and needs looking after, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the resturant for dinner, breakfast was also fantastic."

"The Commodore was fine for a short stay. It was in the Keystoke area which is about 5 miles. from WSMThe hotel was rather dated but clean and welcoming. The room faced the road which led to the Pontins complex further down the road so traffic could be heard some of the time. The lady on reception was welcoming g and friendly and she seemed to multi tasking most of the time. Overall it was o.k and exactly as described "
