"Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. Good to see locals in the bar, who welcomed us ahead of hotel staff. Room was clean and well appointed. "Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "
