"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. "For student accommodation, the place is great, and it’s value is second to none. Likewise the staff were friendly and great to deal with. However, is a 20 minute walk to the city center, and isn’t in the greatest area. Giving it 5 stars as it’s better than expected and considering the price of hotels at the time due to the billy joel concert, a clean bed and ensuite for that price is incredible. However if staying in the future when hotel prives aren’t through the roof, would stay elsewhere in...
