"The room was large, clean and had a fireplace. It also had a large closet. It lacked a full size coffee table and sufficient light in the living room. The dresser was small. Shower was extremely small and bathtub and toilet room each had a glass block wall."

"This was my wife and I first time ever in the state of Oregon and our first time in Portland. When we got to the Sentinel , we realized there was not really any parking but the valet was there and his name was Tyler ( I could be wrong with the name ) , but he was super nice , helped us get our bags and bring them inside and lead us to the front desk ( he also later helped us with some good food suggestions) . "We had a great time at this hotel. As others have stated, the pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning but they were still great to use! The property is being updated by new owners and I’m excited to see those changes happen to the rooms as our room looked pretty worn out. You can’t beat the view we had from our room! We booked the deluxe double queen ocean view room and listening to the water at night was so nice, but not as nice as watching the sunset from the balcony! The staff were all so friendly. We will definitely be staying here again our next time in Seaside."
