"I have stayed there before and had no criticism but this time the shower was dirty - a clump of black hairs at the drain - I am fair so not mine. A leaking conditioner container so a lot of conditioner on the floor beneath - a slipping hazard. Also the restaurant was closed both the day I arrived and the day I left - this is apparently regular for Mondays & Tuesdays but I did not seen this posted anywhere and was counting on the convenience. "I love how all the rooms face the courtyard!! The staff are amazing and I love the room!! The only thing that I did not like was that the room was too warm, but after adjusting the thermostat, it was much cooler."
