The room we got was clean esp. the bathroom. They offer a variety of breakfast to choose from which was really good. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Havasu. "I reserved a courtyard room on ground floor. Room assignment was second floor with a court yard and parking garage view. Alright, but not as reserved. Room was nice. But ac/heat control was locked shut. Room was too cold for me. And no extra blanket. Pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Will not book again "
