"The optional pool heat is a bit misleading. The pool heat is turned off and if you want it turned on its a 700 charge, or 100/day is what they told us, and it would take 2 days to heat up. Thats a little steep. But other than that, the place is nice, its walking distance to the mall and tons of restaurants and lounges. Quiet, peaceful. Talked to some of the locals there and its very safe. Had a great time."

"This property exceeded my expectations. We had everything that we needed from shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, brand new looking pans, extra pillows and blankets, etc. We have everything that we could have wanted or needed. The condo is very well equipped. It was also close to several restaurants and stores and only about 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor International Airport. Great location for us. The king sized bed was absolutely amazing! It was so comfortable!...

"The condo is beautifully decorated (felt just like home!) and was such a comfortable stay, the furniture was perfect and the whole place is kept up really well. There were little additions like bathroom toiletry items and a welcome bag that added a kind touch to the stay. The pool is next to the back patio and would be a perfect summer stay. "My family and I stayed here for our vacation in phoenix. The property was so clean on the inside and very spacious for all of us. Any essentials we needed were there! My family loved the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis courts. We had such a wonderful time and I would highly recommend!"

"The property was amazing. It was so quiet. The neighbors were all very friendly or a lot of outdoor activities to do and pretty close to the property. The host were extremely nice. They answered all of our questions when we had any property had tons of cooking utensils, spices, etc. perfect for those that like to cook at home.
