"House was perfect location to Flagstaff, grand canyon, and Sedona. Clean and as advertised on the website, very pleased. "

"The location was easy to find with easy access back to I 40. We arrived mid afternoon and we settled in for a little rest before going into town for dinner. We decided not to bring in our suitcases from the car because there wasn't enough room to have them inside. The loft area is a great idea but really would be best for small (10yrs old or less) children. The tiny staircase is difficult for adult sized people to use. "Husband and wife, we go up 2-3 times a year. Never stayed on this side of Molly Butlers. Great little cabin. I would not recommend it for 4 adults but 2 adults and 1-2 kiddos. Super clean, had everything the two of us needed.We made our annual visits to Molly Butlers for cocktails and dinner. Burgers and Primexrib fantastic. New coffee shop right below was great for our Sunday departure. Cafe Rendezvous Cafe for breakfast awesome as always "

"This was a beautiful home. Very nicely decorated on the inside. The property manager was very responsive to any questions. We did visit in the winter so we did not get to use the bocce/horseshoe pit but we were looking forward to playing. The hot tub only got slightly warm and we were not able to use it either. "The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Comfy beds, large rooms and clean bathrooms. Perfect location to tour the town. Everything was in walking distance. Grand Canyon was just an hour away. The entrance would be difficult for elderly or handicapped people.Would stay here again."

"Great place to stay away from the sky high prices in Tusayan, but close enough to be convenient. We had 5 people when we stayed. The house says it sleeps 8, but I would not rent this for more than 6 people. It would be very tight."

"The property and lodge are gorgeous. There was something for every age group to do, from video games, to pool, to a theatre room, spa, tree swing, cornhole and badmitten. Communication with the host was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and created several upsides for us. Would definitely bring family or friends back to stay again! "

"We needed a place close to the Grand Canyon and this proved to be in excellent proximity to it - only 30 mins away. The price was very reasonable with the property being very clean. The house is small but was very well equipped and warm. For four of us it was very comfortable. Just a heads up - the property sleeps 8 but would be very cramped. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The hosts were the best we have ever had and we stay in VRBO's about twice a year. Called us to make sure we made it in the middle of a snow storm."

"Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. The management company was very thorough and friendly. They worked with us on an early arrival and late checkout. They gave us a tour of the entire property, which is extensive because the home is huge and has every amenity one could ever want. We will definitely look to stay here again should we come back to AZ. "

"We are educators from Phoenix that travel annually during our Spring Break. We had a wonderful time; talking, laughing, and sharing during our three day stay at Coco’s Cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio, grilled a delicious lunch and sat at the picnic table one afternoon. It was glorious. We also went to Sedona and visited Chapel of the Holy Cross. Highly recommend! Thank you Coco! We do hope to return.Cheryl "
