The room was clean and well appointed other then that the Thermostat did not turn on the heat on so the room was always cool or cold

Property felt old, slots were very tight and even though there were a few food choices only a couple were open while we were there. Our teip to Laughlin was not a great experience. No need to go back.

Max of 2 wi fi devices per room is absurd. There is a $19/day resort fee and you get nickel and dimed for extraneous fees.

Updated rooms are still quite shabby with caulk showing at every turn and decor is lopsided and cheap looking…. Sadly, this is Laughlin as a whole and one needs to lower their expectations if you’ve ever been to o las vegas

I have been Harra’s guest for more than twenty years and I am very disappointed how the hotel has declined. 1 My bed sheets have stains 2 Mold in the bathroom 3 Recycled furniture from other hotels in very bad condition 4 Smelly rooms I hope they get better.

This property was just okay. The resort fee seemed too high for what was available. It's location away for the other properties in Laughlin created a need for a car if you wanted to go anywhere else. Overall felt tired. The room was fine and clean, but minor problems such as a sink that couldn't be plugged was irritating. The staff was helpful.

My room was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower is very nice. I'm not a gambler, I stayed here out of convenience of location, so walking among the folks on the main lobby/gaming floor made me feel like I had entered a den of sadness. Cigarette smoke was less intense than I expected, but still left me ready to get away to my non-smoking room. The view from my room was the parking lot.
