The room was dirty the sheets were dirty all round the hotel there was trash and homeless people sleeping in the bushes

I don’t think I will return. The cost was small but I was kept awake. The noise of other clients and by people drinking and smoking in the parking lots. Therefore it wasn’t a restful stay.

The chair had a big stain on the cushion. The curtains where only half up. The floors were terribly filthy. I wiped them up with a towel which was black when I got done. The bathroom wall was gross. The sink had no stopper in it. The walls are so thin I could hear the dog next door barking the night and early morning. Dogs in the eating area are a Health Dept problem. They were not Service Animals. The front desk lady needs more training.The whole stay was Terrible.

As i checked in, i was informed that if i had reserved earlier, i would have paid less by about $40 to $50. That mostly everyone who was there before us paid so much less than us. I was traveling with two handicapped family members and there were no handicapped accessible rooms available so we were on the 2nd floor and had two climb to sets of weak and disheveled stairs to get to our room which over looked the pool. The pool was filthy and the hot tub shut down down with caution tape and cones surrounding it. Completely unsafe for anyone. Should have been locked up but wasn't. It was open to people who could have fallen in. The stairs were in such disrepair i thought it would give out at one spot. Cigarette butts everywhere.The room was horrible! Beds were hard, dirty floor with dog hair and dead roaches under the beds. The room was hot. The air conditioner was so loud and noisy we couldn't sleep. In the middle of the night the whole front of the air conditioner fell off waking us up from a sweaty sleep. There was no smoke detector. The mini fridge was making noises. There was no cold water from the tap. Water was always warm. We could smell Cigarette smoke coming from outside and people talking till 4:30. This place was a total rip off. We had maybe 3 hours sleep, couldn't take it anymore and left early. Ill be writing the manager and sending pics of everything. I want my money back!

Didn't like much. Floors were extremely dirty. Perhaps from the half inch gap under the door. Booked for 4 people only had two towels. Was really nice seeing the half used toilet paper in the bathroom. Some outlets worked some did not. Pillows and sheets had hair on them. Not sure exactly but random spots on the wall that looked like boogers. Never again. Oh and all the homeless around maybe from the drug dealers living there on the property. Save your time and money. Stay somewhere nicer.

Absolutely horrendous condition of the room. Worse I've ever stayed at. I would have backed out and asked for a refund if I could have but the terms were no refund. I'll be contacting Wyndham directly about this one.
