"We loved everything! The people that come along to clean the machines and empty ashtrays, etc. were so kind. They made sure the cocktail waitstaff came over to offer us drinks. Now THAT is above and beyond. The check-in process is always easy. We seem to have the same gal each time we are there. So accommodating. Next time I wil pay attention to their names in hopes they get the recognition they so deserve."

"Very good option for our family get-together in Bullhead City. Great service on every staff interaction, clean and relatively quiet room. Convenient parking... Only criticism (and for a casino, it was expected) is the lingering odor of cigarettes everywhere you go, even in our "smoke-free" room. But this was a really small nit-pick.."

"Clean, friendly. Cable did not work, room phone cord broken. So was kind of hard to use when speaking to front desk. Unless holding the cord in, if not would disconect call. Only offered to move 2 hours before check out. And wouldve been nice to offer a partial refund. For amenities paying for with stay that did not get. Have stay before, like the Hotel. But each time there is a small but important issue with amenities were paying for."
