"Paid way too much for a room that was covered in dirt. The work desk had so much dirt I had to get some wipes and clean it myself. Not what I would expect from a 350 a night hotel room. Also tons of trash around the property in random spots. The patio door to my room barely worked, reminded me of a Best Western. Also the receptionists didn’t even care about the Expedia VIP status and when she upgraded me, she gave me a horrible room right by the children’s pool and kids were screaming at the top...
