"The unit was not clean at the time of check in. Had to wait more than 2 hours and call several times to get an answer. The owner promised to give me an additional day for free due to the inconvenience but he changed his mind later. He didn’t even communicate my stay with the front desk. Extremely unorganized, and communication was terrible. The room was not clean at all. This unit is only good if you want to invite strippers over and have that type of setup. "The check in process was very poor. My wife went there a day before me and for some reason my her name wasn’t included on registration at the front desk so they wouldn’t let her in. They host wasn’t picking up when we called so we had to call VRBO customer service to contact him it. It took over an hour and a half but she finally got in.
