"We had such a great time staying here! The home was great, nice and clean and cool in the Vegas heat! Our toddler loved running around the house and in and out of the rooms. We didn't use the back patio or outdoor area but it looked lovely as well!"

"The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate."

"Great location, a bit spartan inside. A single small kitchen garbage bag no replacements for a 10 day stay. Couldn’t use the garbage disposal or dishwasher. Broken towel rack in master bath. Outside could use cleanup with broken roof shingles strewn about. With a little attention this could be a great place"

"Renters beware that it’s not a separate 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with a kitchen. It would’ve been a nicer place if it was a 1 bedroom and that the sleeper sofa wasn’t old thin and stained:/ No blanket for the sleeper was there. The bathroom is large with a separate shower and spa tub but we didn’t use the tub so don’t know if it’s as nice to use as it looks. This is best for a couple. Nice strip view. If the renter fixes the ad and the sleeper concerns it would be a lot nicer. The king size bed...
