For a 7 day stay you only get one room cleaning - nobody told us that. Walls are super thin if your neighbour is awake you are awake it is like they are standing in the room with you having a conversation. Asked and got late checkout for 12pm when I checked in on day of checkout I got attitude because I wasn’t leaving at 10am and hung up on me when I stated I was told I could stay till 12pm and I needed the time. Rooms are clean and area seems safe enough building is gated but not the parking lot however security is around frequently. Water pressure sucks and hot water is hit and miss. The shower fixtures definitely need descaling as most of the holes are clogged up. One morning had to go ask for toilet paper cause we ran out and was told someone would bring it to me that took an hour. Not the worst place I have stayed but definitely not the best.

I have stayed at the hotel many times over many years. The pool and hot tub areas at nice. The staff have always been good. We like the shuttle that takes people for groceries and to the strip. We like in suite laundry and full in suite cooking facilities and fireplaces.

Electric plug next to bed was broken and bedside light didn't work. Not sure how housekeeping missed that. Noted rust on bathroom sink at overflow and kitchenette faucet was loose. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for the most part. Staff was nice and Maintenance was prompt and repaired the outlet. Worse place I have ever stayed? No. Best place I have ever stayed? No. Room for improvement? Yes. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I recommend this establishment? With caveats.

I arrived late. My room had cold water, no hot in the room. I was quicky moved to another room with hot water. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. I wish I didn't get there so late with an early flight, their pool and hot tub looked very inviting. They have private security wandering around keeping an eye on everything outside. Very easy free parking. The room I stayed in had a full kitchen area with all utensils and accessories. Shower had a jetted tub. I highly recommend to other travelers.

Gave Mngmnt (Shawn F) FOUR WEEKS to respond to me after our 1.5 hr onsite meeting about unsafe, unprofessional shuttle driver as well as shared door concerns with other guest and CONSTANT noise out of 319. Note: bed is like sleeping directly on the springs. Extremely disappointed Mr S. F. broke his word he'd get back to me "soon" as i left shaking and CLEAR, "this is serious to me and I will go above you, even to state authoritties if you do not follow up soon." Apparently, he thinks this situation and I are insignificant. BIG MISTAKE!

“All Suites Resort” means that if you have a “Studio” you share doors through to the next room-and noise travels right through it! I heard every word spoken and the TV. and the coffee maker was broken in such a way staff would not notice-so I wrote them a note.
