"I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. ...

"i had booked the condo for june 30 . then owner sent messages saying he wanted to cancel the trip because he was moving in. owner has not returned my payment. i have tried to contact owner but no response . i have also contacted vrbo and they also cant refund my money until the owner contacts them back . this has been going on and on ."

"Nice place just the dryer was not working"

"Overall good, the suite was a little dirty when we arrived, bed was clean, Beth room had some toothpaste in the sink and some stickiness on the counter. Toilet was clean, view from balcony was nice. Would highly benefit having a shuttle to the strip from the hotel as it’s a far walk and the bridge was a bit sketchy especially in the evening. "

"The location was excellent—just a short ride from the Strip, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the bathroom, featuring a relaxing bathtub that made unwinding after a long day in Vegas even better. Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely stay again!"
