"It was a nice stay, just one night to visit family. The room was clean and comfortable, and even our dog was comfortable. Only issue was no soap or shampoo in the shower. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "

"We were in town to see a show at the Tennessee Theatre. We chose this hotel because it was right next door and we got a good deal where it is off-season. The staff was friendly, breakfast is provided, and there is a Starbucks within the hotel. We did not get to partake in the rooftop bar/lounge, but that is also a nice feature. Note: valet parking is $40 per day. We chose to park at the State Street garage, located just behind the hotel, which is much cheaper (nights and weekends are free; we arrived just after 6pm and left at 11am the next day and only paid $4). "
