Highly recommend this property. It was very clean, the rooms were spacious and great walkability to everything. The staff was great and we will definitely book here again every time we go to Knoxville!

The central location, value for the price, the staff was on top of their game. The parking can be a little tight if you are driving a larger truck or SUV but that is due to construction and some barriers that are in place, so a short term issue.

We loved this hotel. Staff were very accommodating. The beds and pillows were amazingly! But the BEST part was the absolutely amazingly gym! One of thr best, well equipped facilities we've stayed at! We'll definitely be back.

The ground Plaza is an older building. The lobby looks nice, but it could use a general facelift throughout the building. The staff for the most part were amicable. I did have an instant with one who was rude to me when I was playing the piano the bartender was super friendly. She told me where to go and try places to eat. I think you could find a better hotel in Knoxville.

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Lobby was clean and beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets were a bit run down and the elevator floor in one of the two elevators had food thrown all over it. We weee there for 2 full days and it never got cleaned up. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude but the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful.
