"Although we just spent one night in this facility, I give it a 10! The check in was quick, and the person who checked us in was very personable and answered our questions. Our room was very clean, bathroom well stocked with linens and products, and very comfortable beds. The free breakfast had a very good variety of hot and cold items, and very good coffee! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Knoxville again!"
