"Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and breakfast is very good. We really appreciate that our pet is welcome. The only negative is that some of the property is looking a little tired eg outside the side entrances and the bathrooms need to be updated."

"The hotel was beautiful everything was in great condition in my room. Loved that they tvs said my name, always a great touch. Elevators were quick. My only complaint is that I wasn't given any notice that the pool and hot tub weren't working because that's the main reason I chose this hotel. So bummer but still a very nice place."
