"From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were taken care of. Because it was my birthday, we were upgraded to a room with a harbor view. It was great to wake up, see the harbor and how the weather changed throughout the day. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The bartenders gave several recommendations for places to eat. On our last evening, we shared a nice steak dinner as a late night snack in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone!"

"We greatly enjoyed the atmosphere created by the staff for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. It is a great downtown location and easy to access all of downtown Vancouver."

"It was a very nice stay overall - the place has some renovation areas. The carpets are worn and there was an area in my room that smelled strange, but the kitchen was great, it was roomy. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and the hot water came immediately. It's a nice view - lots of stores nearby."
