We were able to get into our room early and then do some shopping before dinner which was very helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. They said it was nice and warm. We were also given a later check-out which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again."

"I enjoyed my time there. I was not pleased that the housekeeper knocked at 9 am to see when i was checking out. I found that rude and really not part of her job. I wanted to sleep in a bit, but was prevented from doing so."
