"Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all. "

"The location is excellent it was easy to find and accessible to many places around Edinburgh. The underground rooms were quieter and dark for a good sleep, we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The flexibility to come in and go anytime was a bonus. The extended car park was also very handy. The limited dining was a downer for us as we had no breakfast on site. Overall the property meets all the basic requirements for coaches and brief weekend getaway."

"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in and out was fast and easy. And finally, the hotel fare was very reasonable.
