Spacious room but there was some noise early am when other guests arriving. Old place so windows not double glazed so this is inevitable. Great stay all in all and would use again. "

"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in and out was fast and easy. And finally, the hotel fare was very reasonable. We brought our own beer; they even gave us beer glasses, lemons and ice free of charge upon request which I quite pleasing. Improvement needed: The beds were not very comfortable.
