Given the price of the room, I was a little surprised that there was an additional charge for using the outside pool area, something which is unclear at booking and was disappointing. "Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in and out was fast and easy. And finally, the hotel fare was very reasonable.
