"When you picture an old-style beach motel, this is pretty much what you might imagine. Cute and comfy, basic and a little outdated, but still rocking and rolling. The location keeps you out of the more expensive downtown and beachfront areas, which means you save on money, but you will likely have to drive to the restaurants, bars and shopping. And, in busy tourist season, parking in downtown Ogunquit can be a beast, so keep that in mind. On the whole, we had no regrets staying here. Front desk...

"All was good with just a couple of exceptions. 1: coffee maker had coffee pod but no cups, creamers or sugars. 2: leak in shower head sprayed water on ceiling tiles. Tiles were blackened which indicates an ongoing undressed issue. Perhaps none else has reported this issue. All else was very good!!!! "
