Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone. "Vacasa has falsely advertised the indoor pool was available and sanitized, the entry code was offered. We entered the pool room, and the pool was halfway drained down and a man that works there approach us like we’re intruding when we receive confirmation from our booking. He told us the pool and clubhouse is closed due to Covid-19. On the confirmation only told us about the clubhouse is closed. My kids was looking forward to swimming on a mini getaway and there’s nothing. "
