When you picture an old-style beach motel, this is pretty much what you might imagine. Cute and comfy, basic and a little outdated, but still rocking and rolling. The location keeps you out of the more expensive downtown and beachfront areas, which means you save on money, but you will likely have to drive to the restaurants, bars and shopping. And, in busy tourist season, parking in downtown Ogunquit can be a beast, so keep that in mind. On the whole, we had no regrets staying here. Front desk staff were nice and prompt.

What a beautiful blue and White Sea side feel to this hotel. A bit retro and a bit sea coast decor. I loved it! The staff was so friendly and it was nice and close enough to town and not far from the beach and about 15 min from the Nubble light house. A great find

The check-in process was unpleasant, as was the room. The stated check in time was 3 PM and I received a call at 2:30 asking if I was going to check in. I was in the middle of an appt., yet felt I had to take the call. Upon arrival, the same person who called me was at the front desk. I had my receipt from June, complete with my debit card payment, and the front desk person told me I never paid. He called someone and was apparently told to get my money. I asked him to sign the receipt, list his name, and all he did was print a receipt for my cash payment. He told me to take it up with Expedia. He was not courteous and never even said thank you. The room: the baseboard near the frig was brown and dirty, there was no water pressure in the shower, and worst of all we noticed flying bugs on the pillows. Disgusting & unhealthy. The heater was noisy all night long and the room above us sounded like they were stomping around.

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean with plenty of room. The check in was fast and convenient and the desk clerk was friendly and suggested activities that were interesting and close. We definitely would stay here again

Did not appreciate getting an email before we arrived saying staff needed tips to help compensate pay. Not enough electrical outlets near the bed for charging phones. Outlet in bathroom sink area was not safe. Not plain in explaining housekeeping procedures therefore no clean towels the second day.

The staff were nice. The place was surface clean. The room needs a once a week dusting and some updating. Pool was clean. The bed was actually very comfy.

Clean, safe and accommodating. You can’t ask for more for a last minute booking. Only stayed one night, bed were comfortable, room was stocked- including a fridge, microwave and a little table and chairs to eat at. Recommend this stay, would come back again!
