"Beautiful unique industrial style hotel 3 miles from Stegman Coliseum . Staff were great, nice restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, the only thing I’ll remember is the railroad tracks and trains literally 15 minutes from our room and ran all night! Won’t be going back. "

"Weather was not best and I would not make it back to my home city about 30 miles from here. I decided to stay nearby my work to not get hurt on the way home. Staff was quick and nice. Room was clean. Pillows were flat and blankets on the bed were thin. Everything was really clean. "

"We came into Athens for a night to visit a group of friends that were in town for the marathon, and Bart’s property was absolutely perfect for us. There were 3 couples, 6 adults total, and we all appreciated comfortably having our own rooms with queen or king sized beds. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, as well as a great central location off of Broad. Bart was also very kind, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our future visits as well!"
