"Hugh was a wonderful, attentive host during our week-long stay in the DC area. He is extremely responsive and helpful and saw to it that our stay the very best that it could have been. This living space is well-appointed and exceptionally clean, nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of downtown -- but all the DC sites are an easy bus/Metro ride away. "I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"We have stayed here twice now while visiting friends in Baltimore. It is a good amount of space for our family (2 little kids) for a weekend stay, and in a good location - short walk from restaurants & the inner harbor. Will likely stay here again!"

"The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. "Property was newly renovated, and everything was new and clean. Had issue with lock but staff was very fast and efficient on assisting us. Enjoyed stay and would definitely come again."
