"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"Great place to stay when you just need a bed. Close to everything we could need, and Hugh was super helpful on giving us suggestions on site seeing. With 5 of us, i do wish we had another sink (one outside the bathroom), but that really it :)"

"Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of.
