"When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff (Jennifer) was on the phone ignoring us and the people in front of us. After several minutes, she put the phone on hold and responded to the people in front of us. She was very dismissive of them. Then she rudely told us that we needed to wait because she had someone on the phone and her coworker had stepped away, but we would be helped whenever she (Jennifer) was done on the phone. "when we checked in we got an upgrade to oceanfront!!! The hotel is very clean and pet friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower had very hot water put the inside pool was very cold. The breakfast was ok but not hot. Would stay there again and again. "

"The young man at the front desk was very helpful being it was our first trip to Bethesda/DC area. The room was beautiful and very clean. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. The only thing that fell short was the free cocktail hour. I understand that with the alcohol you could not offer top shelf liquor for free, but maybe have more of a beer selection instead of just one regular and one light beer.
