"Our host Jon was so nice, checked in with us to make sure all was good, and it was. He had the place decorated for Christmas and even had a tree - we appreciated it very much since we were not home for Christmas. Beautiful setting on Cox creek. The guest house was well maintained and fully equipped kitchen. Very Comfortable beds and bedding which we find unique for VRBOs. "

"We had a lovely time staying in this well situated VRBO. Everything was very clear and easy with check in/out and our stay in general. We love Oxford and know it well, and this location was well suited to visiting family. We would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandaway. It was quiet and peaceful in a wonderful spot, right on the water, next to the yacht club. We loved walking around Oxford, a quaint and historic little town. A quick strolling over to the Market for breakfast sandwiches and the Social Cafe for great espresso based coffees and pastries. "My fiancé and I had a great weekend at robins nest! The cottage is so cute and so clean and we felt very comfortable there! We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and the hut tub! We did some hiking at local trails and enjoyed dinner out both nights. The cottage is quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing weekend. The host is very responsive and helpful. "

"Shower drain not draining. HVAC system needs maintenance per msg. Part of shade in small bathroom missing. Pillows very minimal. Explanations on the heat zones for future guests would be good idea. Enjoyed all the Rooms. "

"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town.
