"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude.
